Sunday went by pretty OK, nothing special. I have some questions to answer, and will do it tomorrow.
I took time in a morning to prepare food for two days, so I had something to look at, as I canโt eat. How is diet going on? Well, it is very successful, because I already know what is an issue. It causes minor disturbance in evening but that is pretty much all. I consulted Theodore today and he confirmed that it may also disturbed my support system, aside of some doubts and grumpiness which I completely understand.
Ok, to share what I eat. Have in mind, I donโt have an emotional makeup that supports self-pity. For me this is a minor inconvenience and it will prove beneficial for the future.
Two big coffees with milk and sugar in the morning ( 600mL), then with lunch amino acids and some supplements with Magnesium Malate ( 600mL), in the afternoon big vitamin juice ( 600mL) and tea with sugar and milk ( 600mL)late evening = 2400mL liquidsโฆ
On photos is a food for two last days. It doesnโt include any meat, and as I started I believe in Tuesday, I will have chicken in Tuesday and fish in Wednesday. That weird thing is a fennel bulb and red stuff next day is BBQ sauce, so I donโt get bored. Totals are between 500-600 calories per day. From Tuesday it will be a bit more, this was for offloading liver, and I am NOT doing any exercises so I donโt collapse the system.
The support system should have all the luxury and once I start exercising capacity to hold much more calories without checking scale, plus extra energy of course.
