The news of a day is that He ( Silatur) is back ( back again). Still thinking about to reply, but I don’t feel that it is such a good idea. The reason why I am even considering it is because one single control element in his story might be leaving soon, and he will be more than uncomfortable to deal with. I still didn’t talk about this with my people, but they are aware of the situation.

A change with food is doing wonders; I am shedding weight light speed. I don’t advise any change so far. This is working. I have no issues.
