So, I said that I would do some exams last week, but then I lost track of time. Anyway, the analyses came in, and the numbers are phenomenal. The only thing that has increased since September is my cholesterol.
Why do things happen even with great final results? Well, thatโs a result of normal strain within a system. Lately, it has become very uncomfortable, so I think I should communicate more and involve myself more in it. I feel that I should do more, considering the results are this great.
My cholesterol is an entirely personal problem, and I am going to solve it on my ownโwithout causing suffering or being a pain to anyone else.
I donโt eat much, but there are certain limitations to my earthly existence, and that includes avoiding saturated fats, processed foods, and mammal meat. It worked before; it will work now.
Now, letโs do that list of things.
๐ I donโt do any sort of web activity beyond shopping websites and YouTube. That is pretty much enough for me. I also visited lemmy forum once or twice. And thatโs it. I have absolutely zero interest in any of that. I also scrolled reels on Instagram - reel feed is auto generated and has very little to my interest. Pinterest has better image stock and they also have diy and art videos.
๐ฐ My food is in between 500-600 calories per day ( one meal plus liquids and supplements) and I finally stopped gaining and fighting my weight; it is dropping. Currently I am sliding off 68 kg; 2 kg less. Into addition of no-lectin, no-soy, no-grains - I excluded mammal meat, all additional sugars โฆ - I DO NOT advise following my diet. These are ADJUSTMENTS.
๐ซI had a lot of activities, so gym and exercise kind of slid off that list; I will reintegrate them into my daily plan. I believe it will be uncomfortable at first - I plan to do some things - but overall it is going to be really good. I had issues with my arms lit FALLING off my body, which was weird. I tried my best to fix it. It might be faster.
๐ฅ I made some family videos when we were traveling; the funniest was when we drove into horses and they didnโt care about cars at all, so I had to get out and lead the entire herd walking behind them. It was ridiculous; a moment I would sat into a car, there was more of them. Other videos? Well, those are fun. I integrate stuff I want to say into some of them. Mostly they are plain, on topic. Audience? Well, they are watching. Not really concerned about it. Feedback? Doesnโt bother me. I have no time to ruminate about all of that. I have better things on my mind, plus plans and family.
๐ My schedule is chaos, like always. The only difference is that I sleep MUCH longer. That is not bad at all. It allows for faster regeneration. But, yup, an exhaustion can be really visible, and ruin all the fun.
๐ต๏ธ So, bottom line, what to do? I already altered some things, so I would like to run it this way for a week in peace - I know results will be even better - and then based on that, do modification to a whole IF they are necessary. If not, and I really hope nothing will be essential, we will keep all things as they are.
About cholesterol ( lol )??? โฆ well, I will take care of that too and re-do my test in two months.
Aw, yes, and I will try to write this little blog on daily level, it could have a good effect.
